“What did I tell you, Alex!” Giovani yelled at him.

Alex couldn’t talk, he didn’t even know what to say.So, he kept mute.

“I just asked you a question.You should answer me because I clearly gave you the instructions to follow.Why wouldn’t you follow my orders?”

Alex muttered some inaudible under his breath.

“Answer me!”Giovanni yelled.

Alex looked up at him.

“I didn’t go against your order.You didn’t want me to go to clubs or bars.And I decided to have a party at my place.Why is that so wrong?”

Giovanni hit him across the face and pulled back immediately before he would hit him again.

“I’m protecting you and you have to show your interest in wanting me to continue to do it.If you keep on behaving like this, I will be forced to let you be,” he threatened.

Alex looked away, a dark frown on his face.

“Understood?”

Giovanni yelled.

Alex nodded briefly.

“I understand.” The door opened suddenly and a man walked inside.

“Boss, your guest has arrived,” he announced.

Giovanni looked up at the man.

“Richard is here already?”

“Yes, boss.He’s waiting for you already.”

Giovanni smiled slightly and relaxed.

“Nice, tell him I will be with him soon.” The man bowed and walked out of the room.

Giovanni looked at Alex.

“I’m watching you, Alex.And I will rather return you to prison than let you disgrace me,” he finished and walked out of the room.

Alex was so upset but he didn’t want to do anything that would upset his father.

Because he would still be in prison if it wasn’t for his father.

Giovanni hurried towards the room where Richard was.One of his men that was in front of the door opened it and Giovanni walked inside.

Richard stood up when he saw Giovanni walk inside.

“Mr.Giovanni,” he called happily.

Giovanni reciprocated his smile.

“It’s very nice to meet you after so long, Richard,” he moved closer to him and they shook hands.

“Let’s seat,” he gestured towards the chairs.

Richard nodded once and sat. Giovanni did the same.

“When did you arrive at Jacksonville?”

“Two days ago.I’ve been so busy going around but I found something and I had to hurry back to you,” he explained.

Giovanni’s eyes sparkled up.

“Seriously? What’s that all about? What did you see?” Richard laughed.

“You won’t believe it,” he hesitated.

“I found exactly what you wanted me to experiment on all those days before I traveled.” Giovanni thought about it for a moment.
