Colin stopped struggling and stared at me with his glossy, piteous eyes, asking me to let go of him. Aww, he looked so adorable when he was all vulnerable. I wanted to give him a kiss! But no, I shouldn't indulge him.
Eventually, Colin became quiet. I was tired and sleepy. I continued to pin him down with my arms in case he retaliated. Slowly, the quietness began to intrigue me. I lifted my head and looked at him. Colin, who had been asking for kisses all night long, fell asleep! He fell asleep within five minutes.
What a relief. Because that meant that I could finally sleep too. While I could hold my drink very well, the alcohol still upset my tummy and made me feel parched. I needed a good night's rest. I settled into a comfortable position, pulled the blanket on top of me, and fell asleep immediately.
As I slept, I had a wonderful dream. I was lying on fluffy grass in a peaceful, idyllic forest. The sun was warm, and as I basked under its light, a wave of sleepiness washed through me. All of a sudden, a furry bundle snuggled and pricked against my face. It was warm and bubbly.
I was enjoying my dream and didn't want to open my eyes. I tossed to the side impatiently, trying to get away from the furry bundle, but it clung to me persistently. It followed me wherever I went. Snuggling no longer satisfied it. It wanted to kiss me now. It licked my eyes, my nose, and then my lips.
Oh, it had such soft and sweet lips, and a familiar pinewood scent too.
Wait! This was wrong. Only Colin had access to my lips. No one had touched them before. I had to protect the sanctity of my lips for Colin. No one could touch them, not even cute, little animals. If they wanted to touch my lips, they would meet my fists!
I raised my hand to swat the furry bundle away. Before I could hit it, I woke up. I opened my eyes and saw a huge face before me. He bared his white teeth and smiled at me. I grabbed his head with my arms and locked eyes with him. For a second, time froze.
Colin was visibly tired from the hangover. His lips cracked from dryness, but the happiness in his eyes shone through his sparkly eyes. The furry bundle who disturbed my slumber was Colin's head! He didn't let me sleep last night, and this morning, he even interrupted my dream. How annoying.
