Serenity and Zachary York novel Chapter 2378

Hayden’s parents and brother were supportive of Kevin’s pursuit of her. They encouraged and helped him along the way.

In fact, Hayden could not stand Kevin in the beginning but had now accepted him into his life.

His unyielding pursuit finally wore her down.

“Our relationship is not affected by whether or not I live my life as a woman. You know that I am a woman. If you cared what other people think, you would have left me a long time ago. Who cares what people think? The most important thing is that we are happy together.

“The most I can promise you is that if we do get married, I will marry you in a wedding dress. I will be a woman that day. It is basically telling the world that you are a straight man.”

After much thought, Hayden smiled. “I wonder if people will think that you make me dress up as a woman.”

Kevin would be speechless to hear the comment if he was not asleep.

It was possible since people thought Kevin and Hayden held the insertive and receptive roles, respectively, in their relationship.

One CEO saw Kevin giving a feminine gift to Hayden. The look on the man’s face was rather complicated.

Hayden leaned over and kissed Kevin on the cheek.

Seeing that Kevin was in deep sleep, she moved to his thick lips and stole a few kisses.

“Have a good rest. I’m going back to the office. We can have supper if you wake up later. If you're still asleep, I'll go to the business socials.”

While talking, Hayden rose to her feet and pulled out a few plane tickets from her pocket, then put them on the bedside table. She had bought plane tickets for them in advance.

Their flight was at 8:20 AM tomorrow, and they would arrive in Wiltspoon in the afternoon to make it just in time for lunch at the Yorks’ residence.

Kevin mentioned taking the private jet but Hayden decided to take a commercial flight instead because she was not in a rush for time. She did not want to take a private jet.

The Yorks owned a private landing strip, but the hangar must be filled with private jets at this time. The Queens decided not to fly privately because there might not be enough space to hold their jet.
