Chapter 35 Nancy, I Can Support You 

As Nicholas applied medicine for her, his hands suddenly paused. 

But it was only a few seconds, and his expression returned to normal.

Nicholas grabbed her hands once again. 

This time, Nancy didn’t withdraw her hand. Instead, she directed her gaze towards the opposite private room. 

“Didn’t you see it? Your crush is still waiting for you. You made plans with her for Valentine’s Day. bought gifts, and prepared surprises. If you waste your time with me now, all that effort you put into spending the whole day will go to waste, and it won’t have any effect.” 

“Give me the medicine. I can handle this small matter.” 

However, Nicholas acted as if he hadn’t heard. 

He sped up and continued applying the medicine, 

But the movements were not as gentle as before. Nancy’s red and swollen wounds were slightly sore from applying the medicine. 

It wasn’t until he finished applying the medicine that Nicholas finally let go of Nancy’s hand. 

“And you still say today isn’t unusual?” He looked at her, his gaze intense. 

Nancy avoided his gaze and said, “Whether it’s unusual or not, it has nothing to do with you. You should go back soon. Madelline is still waiting!” 

“Are you in such a hurry to push me away?” 

It’s not that she’s trying to push him away, but rather that his heart isn’t with her. What’s the point of forcing him to stay? 

“Today is Valentine’s Day, and you didn’t come out with me in the first place. If you’re 

accompanying her, then do it properly. What does it mean to come to me halfway through?” The more Nancy spoke, the more she felt a bitter heartache. 

“I didn’t realize today was Valentine’s Day. It wasn’t intentional, Nicholas explained.
