“No way. Why is she calling me?” Josiah, who was in the car, reluctantly grabbed his phone.

Yulissa’s panting voice immediately sounded from the other side of the line, “Where are you now, Josiah? Can you come to Aqua Moana?”

Josiah knew something wasn’t right upon hearing her voice. “What happened to you? Did your drug addiction relapse again?”

“It did, but I really don’t want to touch drugs anymore. Since you’re a doctor, you must have a way, right? Help me, I’m begging you!” Yulissa pleaded.

Xavier’s brows were tightly locked when he heard Yulissa’s words. “Why did you ask Josiah to go to Aqua Moana when your addiction kicked in?”

“Xavier?” Yulissa sounded utterly surprised. “Are you currently with Josiah? No wonder no one opened the door when I rang your house doorbell. I originally wanted to look for you to tell you something, but my drug addiction suddenly relapsed. Where are you two now? Can you tell Josiah to come quickly? I’m currently at the entrance to your house. I feel extremely horrible.”
