Sir, Madam Dispeared Again After Divorce! novel Chapter 1198

Sydney's eyes reveal a look of surprise.

Julien noticed it, but deliberately teased her, "Why? Can't I come up?"

"Why not?" Sydney walked up to him and took his hand, smiling. "You're more popular at Skylight than I am. Even if I forbid letting you in, the staff will let you in. What can I do about that?"

"Nothing." Julien shook his head honestly.

"That's it!" Sydney pulled him inside. "I didn't think you'd be here this early, though. You usually get here around almost six. It's only a little after five now."

So when Sydney saw him, she was surprised.

"I finished things, so I came over early. Are you done with your work?" Julien followed Sydney. He asked as he glanced at her desk.

Sydney's desk was piled high with papers. Julien frowned at the sight. He liked to keep things neat and organized. "You've had a busy day, haven't you?"

Otherwise, Sydney's desk wouldn't be this cluttered.

Sydney didn't release Julien's hand until she led him to her desk. With a somewhat tired sigh, she said, "Yes. The factory has been renovated. The machinery has been delivered from Kingthene. Once the equipment is installed, the factory will be operating, so I've been busy today contacting partner factories and negotiating all sorts of things. And I've been arranging for the teams to get things ready for production licenses and other documents, hiring employees, and various other things. I've been so busy that I haven't had time to look at the documents. So I just left them there. I plan to deal with them while I finish things with the new factory." Sydney rattled off as she pointed to a stack of papers in the upper right corner of her desk and frowned with dismay.

"Any problems with these papers?" Julien inquired.

He knew how she usually laid things out.

When she read, if she came across something obscure, she always put the book aside and moved on to another one that was easy to understand. When she finished the easy book, she would then deal with the obscure one.

The papers were piled up in the corner of the desk and she hadn't dealt with them yet; Julien guessed she was having trouble with them. She couldn't deal with them now. She might need to consult information or check with her subordinates.

These tasks were time-consuming and might cause other simple tasks to be delayed.

Therefore, Sydney always put the difficult ones aside and finished the simple ones first, which was a very wise approach.

Upon hearing Julien's question, Sydney rubbed her brow and replied, "There are a lot of problems. I skimmed through some of them. I'm new to the industry and unfamiliar with a lot of things. There was a lot of stuff in the papers I wasn't sure about. I don't know what to do with them. I can't just sign my name without understanding what I'm authorizing, so I toss them aside. I'll deal with them later."

"Are these papers urgent?" Julien walked over to the stack of papers and picked one up. "Can I look at them?" He turned to Sydney and asked.

Sydney replied, "They're not urgent. Of course, you can look at them. They're not classified. Even if there is confidential information in them, it's not confidential to you. My company is not even comparable to one of your subsidiaries. It's nothing to you. So you can read whatever you want."

Skylight was a piece of cake for Julien.

But she was glad Julien asked her permission before he looked at the file.

Julien didn't look at the files without permission even though he was her boyfriend.

His inquiry showed his respect for her and her company.

Although Skylight Corporation was a small company, Julien did not take it lightly.

Julien didn't know what was going on in Sydney's mind, but when he heard Sydney's words, he laughed softly, "Who says your company is nothing to me? Everything about you is important to me."

Sydney blushed at his sudden confession of affection. She pouted and tugged at him a little. "Alright. If you're going to read them, get started. We can go home after we finish them."
