Sir madame has run away again (Lily and Carson) novel Chapter 243

Chapter 243
“Alright, Isabella, let’s drop the subject for now.” I stopped her and gave Robin a friendly look. “You’re not hurt, are you?”
“No. Just a few bruises.”
“That is good. Did you tell Jolene about this?”
“No. I’m afraid she’ll scold me, so I didn’t warn her.”
“How would her sister bother to scold him? She’s only interested in getting more money out of people,” Isabella scoffed. “She is very shameless. When her family is rich enough to own a BMW, she’s still out there acting like a victim and asking for pity. She has not paid the money she was owed and yet has the audacity to knock on others’ houses put and suck them. God, I feel so disgusted!”
Robin’s face was pale with terror and red with humiliation. I took out my phone and suggested, “I’ll call your sister. This is a big one; therefore, it is impossible not to inform her”.
Seeing this, Robin immediately fell to his knees in front of me. “Lily, I beg you. Please don’t call my sister.”
“Why?”
“The money I bought this car with was the amount my father wanted me to pay him. I took it for my personal use. If my sister finds out about this, she will beat me to death.”
“Tsk tsk! What a coward!” Isabella smacked her lips. “How do you plan to resolve this serious incident without telling your sister?” I glanced at Jeremy. “You didn’t hit an ordinary car. You can’t pay for the damage to young master Jeremy’s car with those meager insurance payments of yours.”
Robin was silent at my word; he was as shameless as his sister. How could he even think of lying to me at this point? Does he really think I’m an idiot?
That bitch Jolene Hamilton must have heard about the car accident. I thought she didn’t show up because she was busy thinking of a solution.
With the mention of finances, Robin had nothing more to say. I called Jolene and told her about the car accident, to which she responded with a shocked gasp. “I understood. I will come soon.”
Half an hour later, she ran into the room and immediately slapped Robin. “You brat! Since when did you get so bold? How dare you buy your own car without letting us know? I will teach you a lesson!”
His intentional show disgusted me, but I couldn’t stay on the sidelines. So, I spoke and interrupted her: “The accident happened. It’s no use blaming him. Let’s think of a solution to this problem.”
Jolene never intended to actually hit Robin anyway. She quickly stopped her movement and apologized to Jeremy, “Young master Jeremy, my brother is wrong. Let’s think of a way to make it up to you.
Jeremy flashed them a fake smile. “My car is worth tens of millions. After your brother crashed his car into mine, it sucks now. I estimate initial repairs to be in the millions. You better gather the amount from now on!”
Looking pale, Jolene still agreed with that, “Young Master Jeremy, don’t worry about it. I’ll get the money.”
I looked at her and thought, By getting the money, she probably means asking Carson. I would totally like to see if she could pull it off.
I left Jeremy’s room right away with the excuse of finding my dad and sending him away. After spending some time in Dad’s room, I went home. However, Jolene still hadn’t come back. Upon my return, Carson came up to me with a smile. “Why are you home late today?”
