Sir madame has run away again (Lily and Carson) novel Chapter 420

Chapter 420
Carson didn’t answer her, so I figured his phone was off because he was in a meeting. So I called Isabella. ‘Isabella, ask Richard if Jolene signed a contract with his company.’
‘Give me a second.’ Five minutes later, she called back. ‘He said they’ve talked to Figuro Design and Co. before that, and they’re happy with the design they provided, so they gave the whole design to them.’
‘Damn it!’ I cursed.
“Calm down, Lily. You’re not going to work with them, so let it go.’
‘I am. I’m just mad that asshole came after me after I dealt with Jolene.
‘Yeah, he’s a big jerk. And to think I thought I misunderstood him as a bad guy. Now it seems like bullshit. He’s an idiot. That bitch must have seduced him.
‘There’s no time to think about it. They can do whatever they want to me. Even so, I was still frustrated, and the feeling persisted long after I hung up.
Had lunch with Eric today but didn’t have much of an appetite so I stopped after a few bites.
‘What is wrong? You don’t like the food? He looked at me, intrigued.
‘Not exactly. I just feel bad so I have no appetite.’
“Should I take you to the hospital?”
‘No. I’m not that fragile.
As we were talking, his phone suddenly rang and he answered it. ‘President Walker,’ said one woman. “Miss Sanders was in a car accident on the ring road.
Suddenly, Eric’s face fell. ‘How is she? Did someone send her to the hospital?
“She just got hurt and she’s in the hospital now.
‘Okay, I’ll be there right away.’ He stood up. ‘Camille was in a car accident. I need to go to the hospital, so come with me.
‘Why?’
“I thought you weren’t well.” You can come and be examined there.
‘No.’
‘Be a good girl and come with me. It will be trouble if you don’t.
‘You are annoying. Why are you taking me to visit your girlfriend? What it is? I grumbled.
‘Who told you she’s my girlfriend?’ He looked at me.
‘Everyone, and if it’s not your girlfriend, why are you so worried?’
“Would you believe a rumor like that?” Let me ask you, will you be worried if Dylan gets into a car accident?’ he retorted.
‘Of course I will, but what does that have to do with it? And what does that have to do with me?
‘It has nothing to do with you, but it has something to do with me. You come with me, no matter where I go from now on.’ he ordered. ‘Now
follow me.’
When I didn’t move, he threatened, ‘Do you want me to take you out like I did last time?’
