SISTER IN LAW novel Chapter 33

LEYSA'S POV

I am here at home now, just staring blankly. The children are not here, they are with Mom and Dad. And I do not have a job because I do not know im on vacation I think? Grandpa said he wants to take care of the construction of GUEST first in Pampanga. Which is fine with me because no work means more time with my babies who are not also here at home so this is just me right. And I was reassured by Grandpa's trip to the site because he was always with Don Rafael. I also sometimes wonder about them, they are always together and it's creepy, you know... because they are like chess players and we are the chess pieces.

They seem to be doing something, behind my back --planning something good, I guess, for both our families. I just don't know about those old people. Oh well, our family dinner last night at Mom and Dad's house was nice and fun. We are also with Don Rafael, because when he first met the twins he became part of our family.

And I also thank him because when it comes to children, he does not lead me, you know, like telling it to his grandson, about them. They still respect what I want to do about our relationship... i mean the kids to their father, which is I have already decided.

I will tell him about the twins, even if "we" can no longer be good as long as our children and him are "good".

I also postponed our return to England, supposedly after my live interview last time. We would have flown back to continue our life there. But then, things happened and my parents and I got along and they were one of those who did not allow us to return immediately. But they also did not stop us from living there. They just want to have a lot of time with me first, especially with my kids.

I was just watching a TV show I didn't know what. When suddenly someone rang the doorbell, I wondered who it was because I knew I had no friends here who knew where I was living now. Ah maybe a delivery, so I immediately went to the front gate and damn it, there’s a handsome man standing outside my gate. Shit, I am getting wet panties, right now while imagining him with me… I was already at the gate when I decided to check on myself. I suddenly became conscious; my posture was fine – big white t-shirt and boxer shorts and messy bun hairstyle. I look like I don't have a bath, but who cares, anyway this is still my house, so I will wear what I wanted to wear! Who do you think he is, he is just a handsome –a handsome creature. I looked at him.

"What do you need?" I cursed him with a raised eyebrow. I still don't open the gate.

"Hey! Let me in first. You want to talk to me, right? Then let's talk now." It has a commanding melody. Why, is he ordering me to open the gate for him, maybe he thinks... still, this is my house. Psh, and yes, it's no other than Mr. Frederik Wilford.

"I haven't said any place and time yet ah. Excited much? Go home and I'm busy today. I have no time entertaining you," I simply said. Yes, I like the idea that he visits me here at home. But still. I was about to turn around, I just want to play hard to get and just let him out there when he spoke.

"I'll climb it up, Leysa. Hurry up. Open this damn gate!" I would not have taken it seriously when I heard the house alarm. Yes, this house is high-tech, once someone tries to climb the gate or enter it without going through the correct entrance it will automatically alarm which is connected to the guard station of the subdivision. So I hurriedly opened the gate. Shit, anytime soon I am sure there is a patrol here.

"You stupid idiot, Fred!" I said but he just smiled and pressed the button for the big gate for him to enter his car. Wow just wow, feeling this is his house? But I stopped talking, and let him do what he wants to do, I am just fully consumed of many thoughts, to argue with him. And rightfully the subdivision patrol arrived, which I just told it was okay, that I just hit the alarm by accident. They also need that for their report and they are off to go.
