Slumdog billionaire husband novel (Gerald Kenneth) novel Chapter 333

Chapter 333 Greed Isn’t an Option

“Fuck, how could you get so many tips?”

Theo glared at Gerald and said, “You didn’t have sex with the clients, did you?”

“Get lost!” Gerald couldn’t help but kick Theo. “I met a generous woman.”

“Gee, it seems that she wants to keep you.” Theo said with envy, “Boss, why don’t you introduce me to her? I’m quite weak and I can’t work hard to earn a living.”

“You three, come over here!” At this time, a voice rang.

Gerald looked over and found that Cory was standing behind him, waving at Gerald.

Theo nodded and the three walked over.

Theo didn’t know about the matter between Gerald and Cory. He said excitedly, “Cory, I like this job. I got more than 900 lucs in one night. If we can have so many guests every day, with our basic wage, we earn 30 thousand lucs a month. We will be among those who have a high income!”

Theo looked smug.

As a sniper, Claude’s insight was sharp. He saw the smile on Gerald’s lips. He walked to Gerald and asked, “What’s wrong?”

Gerald smiled and said, “You’ll know later.”

They were taken to an alley behind the bar by Cory. As soon as they went there, the smile on Theo’s face disappeared.

Theo noticed that dozens of people were standing in the alley. They were dressed as waiters.

The bar was quite large, and there were many waiters in it.

Those people leaned against the wall and smoked. When they saw Cory come over,

they threw the butts on the ground and said respectfully, “Cory!”

Cory showed a hint of pride on his face. He looked at Gerald and the other two and said, “They are working under me just like you.

Now I will pay you today’s salary!”

At this point, Cory sighed, “Give me the tips you received today!”

Those people were active. They handed all the tips they received to Cory, and they would touch each other to see if all of the money was handed over.

Cory said, “I’ll take half of the tips. Any problems?”

Those people said, “How can we say no? If not for you, we couldn’t even get this job.”

Cory smiled. Then, he looked at Gerald and the other two and said, “What are you three doing? Hand over the tips. You three earned quite a lot tonight, right? You said that you

received more than 600 lucs and I saw Gerald earn about 3,000 lucs. Hand it over.

I’ll take half of it, and then, I’ll distribute the other half as well as the salary to you!”

“We work here for a salary of 200 lucs per day yet you will deduct 50 lucs. How can you take away half of the tips?” Theo narrowed his eyes.

“Save your nonsense!” Cory sneered, “I helped you get your job. Without me, you can’t even survive in Sin City. What’s wrong with me taking a commission? Hurry up and hand the money over!”

“Fuck you!” Theo bared his teeth. “What can you do if I don’t do that? Blackmail me? Do you think I give a shit about this job?”

Cory’s expression turned cold. He glanced at the other people, and those guys quickly surrounded the three.

One of them said, “You three are newcomers, right? Do you know how difficult it is to find a job in Sin City? Without Cory, you can’t even afford to eat. What’s wrong with him taking a commission?”

Theo pouted and said, “I quit! I’ll get lost, OK?”

As he spoke, he turned to leave.
