Chapter 1049 A Demon
When the call was connected, Garett’s voice trembled with anxiety as he spoke on the phone. “Alex, something has happened to my grandson. Can you please come over and check on him?”
“Of course. Please provide me with your address, and I will make my way there immediately. Alex agreed readily. Naturally, he was taken aback by Garett’s unexpected call. He couldn’t help but recall the faint blood demon aura he had sensed on Garett’s forehead back then, and now it appeared that Garett’s family was indeed in the midst of a troubling situation.
Without wasting any time, Alex flagged down a taxi and swiftly made his way to the address that Garett had given him.

Alex spun on his heels and answered. “It seems that your grandson has done many immoral things! What goes around, comes around. He’ll die, and your family will be affected as well.”
Alex had not spoken without reason. As he entered the room. his gaze fell upon a female ghost in a blue dress standing beside Gregory’s bed, engulfing him in her hellish flames. A wicked smile adorned her lips as she delighted in Gregory’s agonizing struggles, knowing he had no means to halt her torment.
