Chapter 1099 Let Us Attack Together
“Y-You… How is this possible? No way. This can’t be!” Noche glared at Alex, who had charged toward the battlefield. His mind echoed with the ringing of numb disbelief.
After practicing hard for decades, he had perfected the silver needle attack he was proud of. Three silver needles could kill a Grandmaster within a short period.
Undoubtedly, a Grandmaster had outstanding physical agility and wouldn’t fall for his attack so easily. Otherwise, his silver needle technique would be invincible. However, Noche clearly saw Alex’s body struck by eleven silver needles as the latter didn’t have the chance to dodge while defending his father.
Eight silver needles could cause one to lose their life immediately. How could this man still be alive? Not only that, he seems unscathed, as if nothing had happened at all.
Stunned by the scene before him. Noche stood frozen in his spot and started to doubt his skills. For a moment, he forgot to inform Rosso and Vito that Alex had regained consciousness.
As Alex’s movements were quick, he made his way to Rosso in the blink of an eye and swung his hand at the latter’s head.
When his fist was about to land on Rosso’s head, the latter swiftly noticed the Mortal Force brimming in the air and dodged to the side on instinct.
“Alex? Aren’t you supposed to be dead?” After Rosso dodged away instinctively in the face of danger, a confused look appeared on his face when he realized it was Alex who had ambushed him.
Although Alex failed to land his attack, he was not discouraged as he didn’t expect to take down Rosso so casily the moment he made his move. If that were the case, it would be a disgrace for a second-phase warrior of Grandmaster Realm..
However, Alex’s strike was not in vain, as he managed to interrupt Rosso’s attack on Zachary
Alex coldly snorted and exclaimed, “I’m afraid it won’t be that easy to kill me!”
When Zachary, engaged in a fight beside him, heard the familiar voice, his heart skipped a beat, and he turned to look at Alex.
Upon seeing Alex still alive, the devastated Zachary curled his lips into a faint smile. “I knew it. I knew you wouldn’t just die like that, you brat!”
After he said that, the aura on Zachary’s body dissipated fast while his Mortal Force gradually faded.
Going into a berserk mode for almost an hour and fighting two second-phase Grandmasters simultaneously had consumed so much of Zachary’s Mortal Force that he couldn’t continue to fight on.
Zachary, unwilling to see Alex fight two warriors immediately after regaining consciousness, wanted to hold on longer before Vito sent him flying with one punch. Collapsing to the ground, Zachary completely lost his ability to fight.
Rage swirled within Alex upon seeing Vito’s ruthless attack on Zachary, Alex lost all the patience he had learned at the Jennings residence over the years and charged at Vito without bothering about Rosso behind him.
Vito’s strength was slightly weaker than Rosso’s, but he was proud of his rank. After all, I am still a second- phase Grandmaster. There’s no way I’ll lose to someone who just reached the first-phase.
