Kate’s eyes were foggy, yet at the same time, she looked like a beast in heat. 

Alex, who was startled by Kate’s sudden action almost rammed the car into the parapets at the side of the road. 

If not for his somewhat decent driving skills, they might have gotten into an accident. 

“Calm down! We’re reaching the hospital very soon!” Alex yanked one hand out of Kate’s embrace and tried to push her away. 

However, Kate was in such a frenzy that unless Alex drew energy from his Mortal Force, he would not be able to put her back in her seat. 

Alex was carefully controlling the steering wheel at the same time as holding Kate back. Suddenly, he felt a cool sensation beneath his waist. Kate had unzipped his pants. 

Out of panic, Alex tried to cover his lower body with one hand, but he suddenly felt a hand grabbing onto his member. 

Alex managed to slowly drive the car to the side of the road and pull over. 

Half an hour later, Kate finally regained her consciousness. She found herself on top of Alex’s body. However, she was calm and collected at her discovery. 

She got dressed and tidied her hair in the mirror. She then tilted her head to look at Alex. 

Alex hurriedly put on his clothes. 

“You sure have a lot of guts!” Kate blurted in rage after staring at the man in front of her in silence for some time. 

“You can’t put all the blame on me.” Alex shrugged his shoulders. It was purely an accident. Alex did not have the intention to make love with Kate at all. 

“Pfft, I thought you are a man of virtue, but who knew you are such a licentious monster! Have you thought of the consequences before you act just now?” Kate glared at Alex. 

“You do know my family, right? If words get to my father that her precious daughter’s virginity was taken by a useless, live–in son–in–law like you, what do you think will happen to you?” Kate’s voice was getting louder by the second. 

Kate had not been this worked up for a long time. 

Alex slanted his eyes at Kate but he said nothing. Or rather, he did not know what to say. 

Although the blame was not completely on his shoulders, the truth was that he could have pushed Kate away.
