With his plan completed without a hitch, Kurt took a deep breath and made a show of pretending he was still on edge. 

He embraced Carlene and gently patted her shoulder. “It’s all over now. With me around, I’ll never allow anything to harm you, Carlene.” 

“Thank you.” 

Carlene bit her lip and whispered. 

I never realized he was so courageous. 

Kurt’s easy triumph over the alligator sent the crowd into a round of resounding cheers and applause. 

“Holy shit, Kurt actually killed an alligator?” 

“Who knew he was so fierce? He actually took down an alligator! He’s simply amazing!” 

The general consensus used to be that Kurt was a weak spoiled brat who always had bodyguards to shield him. 

But the “alligator attack” had completely transformed that notion. 

He’s so manly. 

This is what a real man should be.
