Scarred Face reached out for the ATM card instinctively the moment he saw it. However, Alex retractes! his hand and kept the ATM card back into his pocket.

He ended up in this state because he was betrayed by the people he thought were his friends. Moreover, the young lady sitting beside the middle-aged man on the sofa used to be his girlfriend.
