Carmen believed it was only natural for Alex to give them one hundred million since he was capable of producing a hundred times that amount in the past. After all, my beautiful daughter was married to him for so many years, and she even gave birth to a son for him. Considering how rich he is, I’m sure he’s perfectly capable of giving us more money. “Heather, I want you to ask him for another ten billion. I’m sure he won’t mind giving it to you since he’s so rich.” 

Lucas also thought it was such a pity to lose ten billion just like that, so he immediately nodded in agreement upon hearing what Carmen suggested. “Yeah, Heather! You should ask Alex for another ten billion. Considering how readily he gave you the money last time, he’ll definitely agree to your request!”
