“No matter what you say, I want to pay my respects to Grandpa first!”

There was no point arguing here. Lily wanted to pay her respect to her grandfather and, if possible, take a look at his body and find out what had happened.

“You don’t have the right!” Henry stepped forward to block the doorway and refused to let her in. He waved his hand and instructed, “Take her down!”

The people surrounding them rushed forward. It seemed like they planned to use force to capture her.

“Wait a minute!” Alexander shouted and stepped forward to block Lily behind him. He stared at Henry and asked, “Aren’t you afraid to be seen as a joke if news of you fighting during Wilfred Lodge’s funeral is spread?”

Henry squinted at him. He looked down at him and said disdainfully, “Who are you? You have no right to interfere with the affairs of the Lodge family!”

“I’m Lily’s husband. Mr. Lodge would be my maternal grandfather. Therefore, I have the right to interfere in this matter!” Alexander said calmly, “If I remember correctly, the head of the Lodge family is Justin. He had not spoken, and you’re already jumping up and down. Since when has the Lodge family forgone all etiquette?”

Henry was not angered even though he was looked down on by Alexander. He played with the ring on his little finger before replying unhurriedly, “It looks like your news is outdated. My nephew was indeed the head of the family before this, but I’m back now. It’s time for the youngsters to take a break and let me be in charge.”
