‘Scented candles?‘ Lily was slightly attentive, but at the same time, she understood that Henry meant there was a problem with the scented candles.

Lily looked over. None of the elders said anything. She understood that these people either acquiesced to Henry’s statement and felt there was indeed a problem with her scented candles. which caused Wilfred’s death, or they did not agree with anyone and remained neutral while watching the drama. No elder could say something free from favor toward either side.
