Nathaniel had a polite smile as he bent down, knowing that the man in the car had an air of arrogance around him. Henry looked at Nathaniel and blew out a puff of smoke directly at his face.

Nathaniel was caught off guard and began to cough repeatedly from the smoke. Then he heard. a light voice. “Are you alone?”

Turning his head, he coughed again before looking back at Henry, “Yes, I’m alone, but it seems my presence isn’t welcome. In that case, it must mean that you’re uninterested in what I have. Seeing as I’m disturbing you, I’ll leave.”

With that said, Nathaniel turned and left.

“Hold up!” Henry snarled. At first, he thought Nathaniel was just playing tricks, but when he saw that Nathaniel got right into the car and started it, Henry panicked. He quickly unbuckled. his seat belt and jumped out of his car.

When Henry rushed over and grabbed the half–open window, Nathaniel was already beginning to drive.

“Stop!”

The car let out a screech as Nathaniel braked to a stop. This almost sent Henry flying to the ground. Once he stabilized himself, he shot a glare at Nathaniel.

At this moment, Nathaniel, who sat in the car, sneered. “Is there anything I can help you with, Mr. Lodge?”

“Since you’re here to make a deal with me, stop being so pretentious and come down to chat!” Henry gruntled after letting go of the car.

Nathaniel casually had his hands in his trousers pocket and raised his chin to look at Henry

unabatedly. “Mr. Lodge, I’m delighted to meet you.”

“Cut to the chase. Gary said that the evidence in your hands right now would help me. Is that true?” If it weren’t because Henry had personally heard this from Gary, he wouldn’t have taken the risk to come all the way here.

“I know what you’re worried about, Mr. Lodge, and I can help you with that under one condition.”

Nathaniel smiled as he knew he had the upper hand now. He was up–to–date with what was going on. Although Jonathan currently held the title of the family patriarch, the power was still in Justin’s hands. If Justin wasn’t overthrown, Henry would not be of much use, even if he got the title.
