Nancy froze and didn't understand what he meant.
He thought she didn't want to admit it and smiled.
"You don't need to hide this from me. I won't do anything stupid. I won't tell the press."
He said as he took his phone out of his pocket and Googled Natalia's name.
Soon many messages popped up.
All of them were news about Natalia's previous days as an actress.
She had a baby and quit a few years ago, so the messages were a few years old, but there was a lot of news about her.
Nancy was a little embarrassed for a moment.
It was her fault. She had been around Natalia for so long and Natalia's identity was so complicated that she had forgotten that she was once an actress.
Nancy gave a wry smile and said awkwardly, "Oh, yes. This is my friend. Thank you for keeping our secret."
The receptionist relaxed and breathed a sigh of relief on hearing what she said.
"I knew it."
Then he introduced himself to her with a smile, "I'm Bob. What's your name?"
Nancy replied expressionlessly, "Nancy."
"Nancy? Good name. Now that we've introduced ourselves to each other, we're friends, right?"
Nancy felt that he was a little... annoying.
But she couldn't say it or drive him away.
After all, he worked here!
So she could only maintain expressionless and stopped talking to him.
Bob said a lot, but she remained silent.
He rubbed his nose and wondered if he had said something wrong!
Just then, Natalia decided to take a quarter-hour break and came over.
"What are you guys talking about? You look so happy."
Happy?
Nancy's eyes widened in shock.
Natalia was a little embarrassed.
She could tell that it was awkward for them to make small talk, so she came over to help Nancy out.
Nancy was outspoken so it was even more awkward.
Bob had wanted to tell a joke.
But now he could only give a weird smile and used work as an excuse to leave.
After Bob left, Natalia sat down and looked at Nancy.
"I think he was hitting on you. Why are you so cold?"
Nancy froze.
She refused to admit it, "Nonsense."
"I'm just stating the fact. You just don't want to admit it."
She picked up a glass of water, took a sip, and said, "Nancy, you're attractive and sexy with a great personality. You're just too shy. I wonder how your future boyfriend will look like."
Nancy immediately blushed.
She stammered, "Natalia, cut it out."
