Natalia snorted, "Then how did you know it was people with a flame tattoo on the back of their necks that injured me?"
"I saw it with my own eyes," said Felix in a flat voice.
Natalia was taken aback and frowned.
"What do you mean? Didn't you say you found me by dropping a bomb into the ocean?"
Hearing that from Natalia's mouth, Felix laughed out loud.
But he soon got back to the serious topic. "Yes, it's true. But I saw something else."
He deliberately paused here.
"Felix, could you just finish the whole story in one breath?" Natalia frowned.
"No problem, give me a kiss, my baby Seven, and I'll tell you everything I know."
"How dare you!"
Eyes closed, Natalia took a deep breath, curbing her impulse to punch him.
In a while, she suddenly relaxed and said, "Great, I don't wanna know now. If I go home right away, can I catch you in your place and beat your shit out?"
She sounded very violent, and Felix knew she was really mad.
He felt slightly embarrassed and stopped keeping her guessing.
"Alright, I'll be honest. Before I rescued you, I saw them. But I didn't think further back then."
"After I pulled you out of the sea, I found only our boat and those people's boat had appeared near that sea area. We didn't throw you down, so it should be done by them if I guess correctly."
"And the sea area is very wide. You weren't wearing a life jacket. You were unlikely to be alive after floating over from a long distance. So the answer couldn't be more obvious."
Hearing that, Natalia had a big frown.
"Do you still remember their appearances or any other features?" she asked.
"There is nothing special about them. There were people from east and west on that ship. The only thing they had in common is that there is a flame mark on the back of their necks. "
After a pause, Felix continued, "I looked up the sign afterward. But I didn't find any clues. It has nothing to do with me after all, so I didn't pay more attention to it. If you really wanna know, you can go look it up yourself."
Natalia became quiet for a while.
"Draw it and send a picture of it to me," she ordered.
Felix laughed, "Are you asking me for a favor?"
"Felix, don't push it, or you might not get any help from me in the future. You should know better than this."
Felix tutted, but agreed in the end, then hung up.
Before long, Felix indeed sent her a sketch.
It didn't show many details.
After carefully observing it for a long while, Natalia finally saw the shape of it.
Because the drawing was too rough, she drew it on the paper herself and found it was really a sign in the shape of a flame.
She frowned once more.
It might be her illusion. But she somehow felt she seemed to have seen this sign somewhere before.
Suddenly there were some flashbacks in her mind.
Because they were fast, she could hardly see what happened clearly.
The next second, she felt a sharp pain.
Natalia moaned. Her fingers trembled a little, and the paper fell off. She then squatted down, head covered in hands.
Nancy, in the living room, heard something wasn't right. She ran inside at once and saw Natalia squatting before the window burying her head in between her thighs.
"Natalia, are you alright?" She was scared and immediately ran over.
Natalia furrowed her eyebrows. An excruciating pain came from deep in her head, as if a hammer was hitting her constantly.
