Spoiled by the President novel Chapter 237

Nell was stunned. She looked at him and saw his deep gaze with a strict expression on his face. There were slight bruises beneath his eyes. It seemed like he did not rest well last night. After hustling back and forth for the entire day, he looked rather exhausted.

She felt soft instantly, guilty in fact. She quickly explained, “I’m sorry, I know I miscalculated. I was wrong, I won’t be this reckless anymore next time.”

“There’s still a next time?” The man raised a brow at her question.

She was silenced. She tried to reach out to her man’s sleeve but her hands were wrapped into a bear’s paw. She could barely exercise her fingers, so all she could do was nuzzle him with her arm.

“No more next time, don’t be mad.”

“Promise?”

“Promise.”

“What if there’s a next time?”

Nell thought about it and said with a serious look, “If there’s a next time, you can punish me however you like and I won’t say a word.”

The man looked a lot better after her assurance. He reached out to her face and flipped her nose.

“If there’s a next time, I’ll lock you up with chains and bring you wherever I go. You’ll never leave my side then.”

Nell nodded strongly. “Okay okay, whatever you say.”

She knew he cared about her. He was afraid that she would get hurt, therefore she agreed to whatever demands he had for her.

If love was a lock, she would be more than willing to be shackled.

She was more than willing to be locked for life.

Her obedient side won her man’s fondness. Gideon finally smiled and gave her a tender gaze as he asked, “Are you hungry?”

She was fine before he mentioned it but right after he asked, her stomach started growling.

After all, she had not eaten anything since last night and had exhausted her strength while trying to save herself. She nodded repeatedly.

Her man went out to order some food for her. A few minutes later, someone brought some food over.

She was unable to hold a spoon with her hands bandaged, so he must feed her.

Her man figured out her body might still be weak, so he ordered mostly liquid form food like porridge and chicken soup.

He was extremely patient in feeding her the food. He cooled the soup down by blowing it before delivering it to her mouth.

Nell leaned down at the head of the bed. She felt embarrassed at first but both her hands were tightly bandaged. All she could do was hide her embarrassment and let Gideon feed her.

Her man was watching her pink lips drinking the soup from the soup.

“How is it? Can you swallow?”

Nell nodded. “It’s nice. Is it from Babao Restaurant?”

“Mhmm.”

He knew she might be hungry when she woke up, so he already sent someone to buy the soup and porridge from Babao Restaurant long before she woke up. The porridge and soup were kept warm while waiting for her to wake up and it was brought into the room after Gideon had asked for it.

Nell’s eyes gleamed. Maybe it was because of the delight of escaping death or maybe it was the satisfaction of eating something delicious.

She moved closer to Gideon and kissed him on the cheeks. She said sweetly, “Gideon, you’re the best.”

Her man looked at her affectionately. His breath suddenly got heavier.

“And you know that now?”

“Nope. I knew it a long time ago.” Her eyes were gleaming cunningly as if she was a cat who got the canary. Her man chuckled. He held the back of her head and locked lips with her.

His lips were still slightly cold but it had his unique fresh scent. Nell did not resist as she enjoyed and let him kiss however he wanted.

Her man started with a shallow kiss but the woman’s taste was delicious. The more he kissed, the more he realized he could not stop.
