Spoiled by the President novel Chapter 349

Stephanie’s face sank.

"Are you pitying me?"

Nell raised her eyebrows.

"Will you believe it if I said no?”

"I don’t!”

Once Stephanie had fastened the straps, she quickly stepped back away from her and said coldly, "I used to say I was the eldest Ms. of the Garrett family, but now I’m not.

“Originally, the Garrett family adopted me just to make up for the regret of losing the child, but now that she’s back, I’ve become of no use. So sometimes I don’t even know what my in the Garrett family is.

“I can understand that if you all want to laugh at me. If you were in my shoes, I’d probably celebrate with fireworks, but this doesn’t mean everyone can laugh at me, nor does it mean that I can lower my standards and marry someone I don’t like.”

Nell had put on the clothes and so, she turned to look at her.

"I didn't laugh at you."

She looked a little serious, and after thinking for a few seconds, she continued, "I’m serious. Actually, regardless of the position, I don’t hate you. Even if you don’t remind me about the incident between you and Justin Harker, I won’t speak a word about it.

“You said it yourself, your role in the Garrett family is awkward, and you know better than I do that if Old Master Garrett is gone, you will not be able to touch the muddy waters of the Garrett family as an adopted daughter. So instead of that, why not find a way out for yourself in advance and find a good guy? "

Stephanie sneered.

"Do you really think I won’t survive it? What about her? You don’t really believe that she is Juliette’s biological daughter right!"

Nell pursed her lips slightly.

After a short pause, she said, "She is more qualified than you though.”

Stephanie was stunned.

Nell explained, "I am not acknowledging her identity, but all I’m saying is that she is more skilled, has more grit, and she’s crueler than you. What you can do, she can easily do too. What you can’t do, she will still do it cruelly. The Garrett family is currently in turmoil. When two tigers fight, one will be injured. No one of them will take you as an adopted daughter seriously, and nothing will be willed or shared with you.

“Therefore, you’ll end up being nothing more than a chess piece. Or, you’ll offend both parties and be chased out after the Old Master dies.

“No matter which one it is, it will not be better than your current situation. Celine is different. I heard that she owns 15% of the shares left by Juliette, and Old Master Garrett also intends to match her with Youngest Graham.

“If matching them fails, this 15% share will be her amulet. Whether it is Uncle Garrett or Second Uncle Garrett, they will be cautious of her.

“And if things work out between her and Youngest Graham, then not only will it be a share, but the entire Graham family will be her backer. Don't look at me with such suspicion, trust me, she can do it.

“After all, I’ve known her for more than ten years, and I know her better than you. I know how cunning she can be. So whatever you can’t do, she will be able to do it. The muddy waters that you can’t tread, she will dive into it! This is why I advise you to retreat from the rapids."

Stephanie was still stunned.

She had never expected that Nell would tell her so much.

There were some truths in this. It was not because she did not understand but she just did not want to face it.

Due to that trace of dissatisfaction, she felt that it was her who had entered the Garrett family first when she was adopted at the age of five, so she had always assumed that she was the only daughter of the Garrett family.

Yet now, Celine was here too!

If Celine was really an inborn daughter, she would have nothing to say, but she had a feeling that it was otherwise.

She did not know what kind of interests were shared between Celine, Joseph, and Jim.

Nevertheless, she always believed that the truth would be revealed sooner or later, and Celine would leave one day!

However, after listening to what Nell just said, she understood.

Celine would never leave!
