Spoiled by the President novel Chapter 821

Vickie looked up at her silently.

Then, Yuliana said softly, “Truth be told, I made a bet with Gregory.”

Vickie still did not say anything.

Yuliana continued, “If he loses this bet, he’ll have to marry me. If he wins, I’ll leave this place and never bother him again.”

Vickie laughed coldly. “What has that got to do with me?”

Yuliana then raised a finger and wagged it side to side. “No, no, no. This has everything to do with you.”

As she said that, she suddenly leaned over to whisper in Vickie’s ear, “Vickie, do you want to see just who is more important in his heart, you or me?”

Vickie’s gaze flickered and she looked at Yuliana with her brows knitted slightly.

“What do you mean?”

Yuliana gave a sweet smile. “You don’t know yet, but Gregory has a big plan right now, and I’m a very important piece in that plan.

“I made a bet with him that if I can come back alive from that plan, he’ll have to marry me, but the prerequisite is that you have to leave first.”

Vickie’s eyes turned cold.

Yuliana’s voice was still soft, but it seemed as if it was imbued with boundless magic that could pull people into an abyss.

She whispered, “In terms of benefits and you, he has already chosen benefits, but I’m still not satisfied. I want to see, if we leave out those benefits, and it’s just you and me, whose side will he choose to stand on?”

As soon as those words were said, Vickie suddenly had a bad feeling.

Sure enough, Yuliana then stood up and grabbed her hand, screaming, “Vickie, don’t do this. Listen to me!”

Her body leaned toward the railing.

Vickie’s eyes widened.

The next second, she heard Yuliana scream, “What are you doing? Ah—!”

Just like that, the body went over the railing and fell downwards.

Everyone was shocked.

They all hurried over but by then, all they heard was a splash. Yuliana had fallen into the pond, and Vickie still had her hand stretched out in the air. It looked as if she had just pushed Yulianna into the pond.

As Ginny’s face paled, she screamed, “Miss Thomas? How could you do this? Miss Lynch doesn’t know how to swim!”

At these words, everyone’s faces changed immediately.

At this time, they heard the sound of hurried footsteps. When the crowd turned around, they found that at some point, a silhouette had stood at the entrance of the stairs.

When the person heard Ginny’s voice, he turned and fled down the stairs without a second thought.

Vickie’s eyes hardened.

A bad feeling arose in her heart, and as expected, she soon heard a scream from downstairs.

“Ah! Young Master! The Young Master jumped into the water!”

Everyone rushed downstairs.

Vickie lagged behind, her face faintly pale.

Halfway down, she heard Andrea, who had been pushing her wheelchair behind her, curse. “That b*tch!”

Stunned, Vickie asked, “All of you saw me pushing her just now?”

Andrea nodded but she also added, “Yes, but anyone with a brain knows that you couldn’t have pushed her at all. It was clear that she deliberately fell.”

“Why do you say so?”

“Why else? Who is she, and who are you? If you really wanted to kill her, there are naturally a hundred ways to ensure that no one is around to see it. Why would you choose to push her off in front of everyone on an occasion where everyone is present? Isn’t that just digging your own grave?”

Vickie relaxed a little as she listened to Andrea.

She thought to herself that even if Gregory’s prejudice against her were deep, he would not behave so muddle-headed to that extent.

When it came to judging people or matters, he should not be worse than a maid.
