Alright!
Stephanie felt like she had a toothache.
Sebastian calmed after hearing Marilyn's words and left the room.
As he saw Stephanie's furious eyes, he tried to retreat, but Stephanie hurriedly walked over, grabbed his wrist with a flattering smile, and said, "Silver Fox, don't be mad! I was wrong! Don't be childish and snitch to my mom about this, okay?"
"Stephanie, are you saying I'm immature?" Sebastian sneered.
Feeling a chill in her heart, Stephanie hastily put up a hand and said, "I swear, I'm not! Silver Fox, let's keep sitting, and I'll tell you stories, okay?"
"You better not!" Did he look like a kid who needed stories?
"Oh, you misunderstood. I was going to share stories about my childhood with you. I grew up here!"
Just as she finished speaking, an old man passed by outside the yard with a surprised look, asking, "Steph's back? Where's your mom?"
As soon as she finished her words, Marilyn rushed out and enthusiastically shouted, "Mr. Joshua, you're back! Long time no see!"
"Yes, are you cooking? Are you feeling better?"
"I am feeling better, but I still need to be in the hospital. After eating, I have to go back. Mr. Joshua, this is my future son-in-law. It's his first time here, so please join us for the meal."
Filled with surprise, Old Mr. Joshua said, "Steph's got a boyfriend already! I must come! Let me inform the other neighbors too!"
