Upon hearing her, the classmates in the classroom swarmed over and asked, "Steph, what's the scoop?"
"Do you know who that guy is?"
"Um...I think I heard something about...a famous director visiting our school soon. He's looking for an actress for his new film."
Everyone gasped, "Oh my god...Steph, are you sure?"
"Holy cow! What did we miss?!"
"Wait...that guy hasn't left yet! Steph, are you sure your intel is solid?"
"Well...I just heard it, I can't confirm...but someone mentioned it a few days ago, and then this mystery man shows up today, could it be true?"
All the girls in the classroom, except Stephanie and Gillian, bolted out.
Gillian looked at Stephanie in disbelief, "Are you nuts? You should've kept it to yourself, why spill the beans?"
"Huh? Can't I say it?"
"Only a fool would blurt it out...smart people would seize the opportunity to pitch themselves! That's a big-budget film!"
"It's just a minor female role...but it seems like there's no lead female in that film!"
"In a film without a lead female, the supporting actress is the lead! This type of film can easily win the Best Supporting Actress award! Steph, you idiot! Let's go!"
"Huh? Go where..." If it really was that director, she had already made a bad impression!
Outside a classroom, a middle-aged man was surrounded by a group of girls.
They eagerly introduced themselves to him.
The man frowned and said, "What are you talking about? I can't understand!"
