Spoiled by the Silver Fox novel Chapter 663

Marilyn knew that they were coming back tonight, so she stayed up, watching TV in the living room.

Judith was with her.

For the past few days, Marilyn had been worried sick about Stephanie.

She didn't pay much attention to the chatter online; she had unwavering faith in the daughter she raised, knowing she could never be the person they described.

What troubled her the most was the possibility of Stephanie and Sebastian's relationship being affected by those rumors.

Seeing Stephanie and Sebastian walk through the front door hand in hand, Marilyn finally breathed a sigh of relief.

With a beaming smile, she greeted, "Sebastian, you guys are back."

Judith was equally thrilled, "Oh, you guys are back!"

"Mom, Judith!"

"Goodness. Stephanie, you've lost so much weight!"

Marilyn added sympathetically, "Yeah. oh, this is so worrying. Seb, have you guys had dinner? There are late-night snacks in the kitchen. I'll go get them for you. Eat something before you sleep."

Stephanie quickly nodded, "I want to eat! I've lost weight."

"All you know is how to stir up trouble. You had me worried to death. Not only have you lost weight, but I've also lost weight from the lack of sleep!"

Stephanie quickly looked worried, "Mom, don't scare me. You're not sick, are you? You just had that big surgery last year."

"If you want me to live for a few more years, then cause less trouble! I think you should quit acting, go back to school, get a degree, and that'd be enough!"

"Mom. I don't want to; I really love acting."

Marilyn glared at her, "Well, look at you, you've only been filming for a few days and you've already caused such a big mess! And making Sebastian clean up after you! You got no shame?"

They should know that Sebastian used to never make such mushy promises in front of their elders.

It seemed, ever since that happened, the couple's relationship seemed to have improved?

Although she couldn't understand why, the process didn't matter!

The result was what mattered the most!

As long as the two of them were happy, Marilyn had nothing to worry about.

So, she responded with a speechless expression and went to the kitchen with Judith to prepare the late-night snacks.

As soon as Marilyn left, Stephanie winked at Sebastian, "Thank goodness you're here, otherwise I would've been nagged by my mom all night."

"Mrs. Bishop looks exhausted. She must have been really worried about you."
