Spoiled by the Silver Fox novel Chapter 679

"All right, hit me."

"Stephanie has a knack for acting. If you ever get the chance, could you teach her some tricks? I've seen your movies, and you're damn good."

Sullivan chuckled. He said, "Maybe it's because my own life sucks. Every time I play a character, I wish I could be them, not me. That's probably why I'm so good at it.

But the sad part is that you can never truly become the character, you can only live their life. Because it's all just a show that will eventually end.

So, my way of acting and how I immerse myself into the role, Stephanie might not be able to learn."

Not everyone could act with all their heart and soul.

Sebastian nodded.

Then he heard Sullivan say, "I find it strange. You clearly know my background and what kind of person I am. Why don't you despise me?"

"Why should I look down on someone who's trying so hard to live their life?"

With that, Sebastian left the lounge.

Sullivan sat alone in the lounge, lost in thought.

Suddenly, he laughed. He muttered to himself, "Because it was my mother's dying wish. She wanted me to keep on living. So, I try so hard."

When he was alone, Sullivan's eyes gradually became empty and lost.

After leaving Sullivan's lounge, Sebastian didn't go straight back to the office. It was lunchtime, and he planned to take Stephanie out for a nice meal.

But he couldn't find her.

When he went to Emmert's lounge, Emmert smugly told him, "Steph's cooking. You don't need to take her out to eat."

Chapter 679 1

It had been a while since Sebastian had eaten Stephanie's cooking. He had been eating meals prepared by Mrs. Bishop and Judith.

Chapter 679 2

He used to love it at home!

Sebastian silently glanced at Emmert and said, "Emmert said the meat's all his, and he won't let me have any."

Chapter 679 3

Emmert gave Sebastian a look and raised an eyebrow, "Are you stirring the pot?"

Sebastian said, "Am I not telling the truth?"

"You're trying to drive a wedge between me and Steph!"
