Chapter 319 I Know Who You Are

“Mom, you’d better not interfere in this.” Matteo also looked at Robyn.

Robyn looked at Matteo with a serious expression. She knew that although Matteo had always shown respect to her, their relationship had long been very awkward.

She stepped aside. “Emily, Ainsley is after all a member of the Easton family. If something really happens, you will be responsible. It would be better to confess now than be found out.”

“Mrs. Easton, you also…”

Matteo looked at Emily coldly. “Emily, leaking the company’s secrets is illegal, let alone stealing confidential documents. Do you want to go to jail?”

Tears welled up in Emily’s eyes and dripped down. She looked at Matteo in pain. “I… I’ll confess.”

The door was opened again. This time, it was Serina who came in. She had just been sent back.

As soon as she entered, she saw the three people in the living room looking at each other. Judging from the

tense atmosphere, she knew that something was wrong.

“Matteo, where’s Ainsley? I remember that she should have gotten off work two hours ago. Hasn’t she got

home?” Serina asked doubtfully.

“Serina, Aisy was kidnapped.”

“Kidnapped?” Serina widened her eyes.

Matteo did not answer her. Instead, he looked at Emily again. “Tell me! Where exactly is Ainsley?”

“In an abandoned factory in the eastern suburbs…” Emily’s voice trembled.

Matteo immediately rushed out..

“It’s you!” Serina looked at Emily in shock. “Did you send someone to kidnap Ainsley? I won’t let you off!”

Serina suddenly remembered something and quickly ran out of the door, shouting at the car that had disappeared in the rain, “Matteo! Come back!”

Unfortunately, the distance was too far, and Matteo didn’t hear it.

Serina took out her mobile phone and called Matteo.

“Ainsley was kidnapped!”

Ainsley did not want to talk to the man anymore, so she closed her eyes. It seemed that she really had to stay on the mountain the whole night. The heavy rain would not stop for a while. She felt a little dizzy.

If she really spent a night on the mountain, she might die.

Ainsley’s hands were tied behind her back. She tried to untie it, but just as the man said, the rope would become tighter and tighter if she moved.

“Why are you not listening to what I said? It’s not my fault if you strangle yourself later.” The man clicked his

tongue.

“I’m very cold. I need clothes. I need shelter from the rain.” Ainsley stared straight at the man.

The man laughed, “You don’t think that I kidnapped you to invite you as a guest, do you? Don’t worry. You

won’t die from the rain, but…”

He raised his head and looked at the tree. “Now that there is thunder and lightning, do you think you will die if

the thunder really strikes?”

Ainsley frowned. Although she knew the chances were slim, it didn’t mean it wouldn’t happen.

The next second, the man suddenly unzipped his raincoat. “If you are cold, why don’t you crawl into my arms?

I will warm your body. I can even do more to help you get rid of the coldness immediately.”

“***off!” Ainsley said coldly.

The man was furious and was about to give Ainsley a slap when his phone rang.

He thought of the person’s cruelty and immediately picked up the phone. He said respectfully, “Miss, the

matter is settled.”

“We can’t escape. The phone has already been called.”

“Her? That woman won’t know.”

“I know.”

Ainsley suddenly said, “Give me the phone. I want to talk to her.”

“Miss, she wants to talk to you.” The man paused.

Ainsley continued, “I know who you are. You asked someone to tie me up, but you’re afraid to talk to me?”

Ainsley’s voice was very loud and heard by the woman.

“Give her the phone,” the person sneered.

The man frowned as he walked over and placed his phone beside Ainsley’s ear.

Ainsley was trembling all over. She tried to calm herself down. “I know who you are. Irene, what are you doing all this for?
