However, Fia was able to catch a glimpse of blue.
“Who are you?!”
The man tilted his head. “I thought you wanted to see me?”
“You’re not being honest by wearing a mask!” Fia said in a stern voice.
It was as if the man was tickled at the right spot. He walked over to her slowly with hands behind his back.”
“I’ve seen plenty of people in my life.”
He smiled. “And I mean the people that ended up here with me, not the strangers.”
Fia frowned as she looked at him, her hand subconsciously covering her belly.
Even when the man showed himself, it was the same voice that he used every day, modulated. It wasn’t his real voice.
The man continued with the topic at hand. “None of them were like you… Showing no fear when I appear and instead question me with such a tone.”
He couldn’t sense fear in Fia at all.
“Aren’t you afraid of me?”
Fia smiled in disdain. “I’ve met with people who are more terrifying than you.”
“Oh, who can that be?” the man asked with a smile. “That husband of yours?”
“Of course not!” Fia said coldly. “If I were afraid of him, I wouldn’t have married him!”
Her feelings for him had never been fear!
Even now, she held no fear toward him.
Perhaps it was because of her love, that was why she could never feel the fear others had for him.
Instead, all she felt were sadness, bitterness, and powerlessness.
“Then who can it be?” the man curiously asked.
Fia let out a bitter smile. “Who else? You know that already, don't you?”

The readers' comments on the novel: Stop It, She’s Remarrying (Fia and Conrad)
I had known that the ending would be like this , I would never had read this book. It didn’t have a right ending at all. Made no sense. Don’t waste your time....
Evil should never win and Lucifer has harmed far to many....
This should not end this way. Fia, rather than following Lucifer’s evil path should reflect and realize that she has always loved Conrad and he has always loved her. Their problems were due to the interference of others, Beryl, Esme etc . Since she is the only one that can approach Lucifer, she and Peter should cooperate with each other, kill Lucifer and evil Beryl, Peter can remove the toxins/ poison from everyone and each will be able to live normal lives without interfering with others relationship's. The children deserve their real father who will love them dearly and provide and protect them with the life they deserve. Gia has been a fool since the beginning and has believed everyone but her beloved husband. Please end this on a good note, that is why we all read these stories, everyone loves a happy ending....
