Chapter 28
“Rubbish! All men are the same!” Eileen growled in anger.
Fia grabbed Eileen’s arm and kept her close. “But… I just can’t accept it. Especially when I see her in his
arms.
“What right does she have? What right does she have to take him back when she abandoned him three years ago? Does she think that she can have him back whenever she wants? We are the ones that are married. She has no right to ask me to give him up to her.”
Eileen grabbed Fia’s arm and said, “If you can’t accept it, let me give you an idea. Don’t hide the news about your pregnancy. Instead, we have to let everyone know! Not only do the Maxwells need to know, but we also want Esme to know about it too. We want the entire Gryphon city to know about it! Let’s see if Conrad will kill his own child for his first love!”
When Fia heard the word “kill“, she shuddered.
“What if… He really wants me to abort my child for Esme?”
Eileen instantly went silent. She knew that there was nothing more she could say, as the decision was in Fia’s hands.
The worst part about this was Fia couldn’t accept the consequences of it all.
“Eileen… What should I do?”
She could not hold back her tears in front of her best friend..
Eileen held her tightly and patted her back lightly.
The lights in her eyes slowly disappeared.
“If Conrad really is that heartless, then whatever. If you want to bring that child into this world, then don’t worry about the child not having a complete family. We’ll be the child’s parents together. We’ll love and care for the child so that the child grows up happy and healthy!”
“Thank you, Eileen…” Fia sobbed again..
Eileen sighed and consoled her.
She hoped that Fia would not go through the same pain she did.
After crying for a few minutes, Fia forced herself to pick herself up.
“Alright, you should go attend to your matters, Eileen. You’ve already wasted enough time on me and you haven’t even had your dinner.”
Eileen kissed her forehead and wiped her tears away.

The readers' comments on the novel: Stop It, She’s Remarrying (Fia and Conrad)
I had known that the ending would be like this , I would never had read this book. It didn’t have a right ending at all. Made no sense. Don’t waste your time....
Evil should never win and Lucifer has harmed far to many....
This should not end this way. Fia, rather than following Lucifer’s evil path should reflect and realize that she has always loved Conrad and he has always loved her. Their problems were due to the interference of others, Beryl, Esme etc . Since she is the only one that can approach Lucifer, she and Peter should cooperate with each other, kill Lucifer and evil Beryl, Peter can remove the toxins/ poison from everyone and each will be able to live normal lives without interfering with others relationship's. The children deserve their real father who will love them dearly and provide and protect them with the life they deserve. Gia has been a fool since the beginning and has believed everyone but her beloved husband. Please end this on a good note, that is why we all read these stories, everyone loves a happy ending....
