Tyler picked up Silas’ call and guessed that Conrad and his wife had gotten into some kind of a situation and immediately had people investigate.

“What’s wrong?” Mary had just put the children to bed and as she was bringing coffee over, she heard her husband scolding.
Tyler told Mary about the situation in a simple manner.
Mary thought about it. “But it can’t be Victor who did it, right?”
“It doesn’t matter whether or not it’s him. The hotel is in his hands now. No matter who the guest is, to have met such a situation is just proof that he, as a boss, is just trash!”
Mary frowned. “Then do you plan to get back the hotel?”
Tyler immediately looked at Mary. He sighed and walked over, pulling her into his embrace and gently patting her back.
“Worried about me?”
“Yeah.” Mary felt upset just thinking about how he had hidden his injury from her and the children.
And the matter that she had encountered when she was pregnant left her feeling lingering fear.

I had known that the ending would be like this , I would never had read this book. It didn’t have a right ending at all. Made no sense. Don’t waste your time....
Evil should never win and Lucifer has harmed far to many....
This should not end this way. Fia, rather than following Lucifer’s evil path should reflect and realize that she has always loved Conrad and he has always loved her. Their problems were due to the interference of others, Beryl, Esme etc . Since she is the only one that can approach Lucifer, she and Peter should cooperate with each other, kill Lucifer and evil Beryl, Peter can remove the toxins/ poison from everyone and each will be able to live normal lives without interfering with others relationship's. The children deserve their real father who will love them dearly and provide and protect them with the life they deserve. Gia has been a fool since the beginning and has believed everyone but her beloved husband. Please end this on a good note, that is why we all read these stories, everyone loves a happy ending....
