Lucia arrived at Star Plaza early the next afternoon. Many people had walked past the unremarkable bar, but no one noticed her. After completing and uploading the latest cartoon order, she turned off the notebook in satisfaction, went out of the bar, and walked toward the familiar straight figure.

Edmund was walking slowly in deep thought, so he didn't notice the woman walking toward him at all. And he didn't come back to his senses until she almost collided with him.
