Chapter 886 Bring in Outsiders
Soon, Terry led them out of the rose garden to an open area. From a distance, Lucia spotted a figure ahead. With a sprinkler in her hand, the person was quietly standing there watering flowers. She raised her head and looked at them. Her face was expressionless. She seemed to have been through a lot and looked like an empty shell. The sunlight landed on her, but the cold air about her could not be dispelled.
"Terry," she called out. "You shouldn't have brought these outsiders in."
Terry went up and smiled, "Tina, they’re not outsiders."
Lucia raised her head and quietly sized up the woman. Tina was the third lady of the Smith family. Her profiles were included in the file given by Mrs. Robert, but there wasn't much information. That was because Tina lived in seclusion. Even her preferences were unknown to the outsiders. Lucia was alarmed for some unknown reason. This woman gave her a tough feeling.
Terry paused and continued, "If my memory doesn't serve me wrong, Marlena is quite fond of Joe."
August frowned. He didn't like to hear even the name of that crazy woman.
Regardless of August's feelings, Terry added, "Maybe we'll become a family."
