Even though he was puzzled, he could only respond to "Vivian"'s beaming face with a smile of his own. "Alright, do your best but there's no need to rush. You don't have much screen time today. Stick with Matthew Turner and learn from him. When your turn comes, I'll have someone notify you in advance."
"Thank you."
After bidding the assistant director goodbye, Nancy began her learning journey with Matthew.
One of her regrets had been not being able to attend a proper boxing class due to her busy schedule, so having a professional instructor like Matthew was a dream come true.
Seeing her enthusiasm, Matthew devoted himself to teaching her.
Suddenly, the set became lively. Nancy looked around and was surprised to see Charlie on the set!
However, she didn't join the crowd but continued to focus on her training with Matthew.
The clever Director Grant knew Charlie was there to see Vivian filming, so he had the assistant director call Nancy over as soon as Sophia's scenes were done.
"Vivi..."
Charlie, not too far behind, heard Director Grant's intentionally loud voice. "It's your first time acting and there might be things you're unsure about. Let me explain the script to you before we shoot your scenes."
Nancy smiled and nodded, "Thank you, Director Grant."
"What are you thanking me for?" Director Grant said with a smile, "Isn't it my duty?"
Nancy laughed and didn't add any unnecessary comments, but started learning from Director Grant.
