Vivian suddenly panicked, not because she was afraid of Nancy, but because she personally brought Noah here. How could a living person, even in a vegetative state, just disappear?
Even though she already knew the answer in her heart, she still couldn't believe it and walked to the corridor. After checking the three rooms, she froze in place.
Noah was missing!
Where did he go?
Where could a vegetative person go?
Nancy rushed in from outside and grabbed Vivian's hand as if grabbing onto a lifeline. Her eyes were filled with tears as she pleadingly looked at Vivian.
"Vivian, are you purposely playing with me? Dad is not here. You must've put him somewhere else so I can't bring him back. It's fine. What else do you want me to do for you? Just say it, and I'll do as you say. I beg you, please give him back to me. I beg you..."
Vivian also wanted to give Noah back to Nancy!
After the incident with Alexander, she was eager to be Mrs. Firth. She needed time alone with Charlie and make him fall in love with her.
But... she had really sent Noah here, and she didn't trick Nancy. She didn't know where he went...
Luna walked over and saw Vivian's bewildered expression, knowing Vivian didn't move Noah somewhere else.
She spoke up, "Vivi, why don't we call Mrs. Mirren and see if she moved him somewhere else?"
Vivian's eyes lit up.
"Yes, maybe my mom moved Noah somewhere else. I'll call her to ask."
