When she realized that he was leaving, she knew he was not coming back and just like her he needed to cool off but the only difference was she was the one who deliberately hurt him this time around with her words and actions.

Hannah watched him as he walked through the door and headed towards the kitchen, she moved her feet forward almost chasing after him but on second thought she knew she had to let him go and did not go after him any further, she stared at him hoping that he will come back and look at her even just Once but guess he didn't and that broke her heart.

However, she was mad at herself for not being nice to him tonight and equally mad at him for admitting that they were made just when she had given up on ever finding her mate, in the past she had hoped that her mate would come to save her when Mike dumped her and cheated on her but then that never happened and despite the mistreatment that she was getting from her father, her mate never came for her.

“I'm sorry Shawn” Watching him as you disappeared into the kitchen she turned around and walked into my room shutting the door gently and leaning against the door, tears filled her eyes as his face flashed through her mind.

“Was I too much? did I hurt him? Should I have told him the reason? should I go after him?” She was confused as to what to do, yet somewhere in her heart she was concerned about him and wanted nothing more than to be right by his side and let him know that she would wait for him to come around. She had not really grasped what had happened to his parents that made him suddenly decide to go back. They have been living together for a while and she has warmed up to him. He has grown to her and she has suddenly found him handsome and loving.

After what happened between her and Mike, Hannah doubted that she would ever be able to open up again to anyone, that was why when this marriage happened she only wanted to leave peacefully with him and did not bother to ask if they could share the same bed or not, she had already made up her mind that nothing was going to happen between them Since she was nothing but an illegitimate daughter who was never accepted by anyone not even by her own father, and who had lived all through her life fighting for herself because the one person who loved her the most was sick and could not defend her and so she had to defend herself by being strong; stronger than they can ever imagine.
