Sweet Love novel Chapter 2

Macy’s eyes turn red. It’s like her soul is lost. She automatically drags that man’s sleek trousers, and mumbles “Help me…”

Yusef Penn stares at her and says indifferently, “What a surprise that the proud and glamorous Miss Downey now kneels down and begs for help.”

At the back of them, the car door is opened. The chauffeur hurries towards these two people, “Sir, we are not allowed to park here.”

Yusef pays no attention to the chauffeur’s words.

On the road, the honk of the vehicles echoes the yelling among drivers endlessly.

Macy grips her freezing hands and croaks: “Please don’t insult or make fun of me. As long as you are willing to help my family. I will do anything you want me to do. If you have no intention to help, then…”

Yet however she tries, she can’t voice the words “you can just go” from her throat.

She feels so cornered that all her self-esteem has been gone.

Yusef makes a subtle smile, takes off his jacket and throws it on Macy.

It gives no time for Macy to react that Yusef has squatted down and looked at her in his dreamy eyes, “You tell me, what will be your cost.”

Is…is that he meant an agreement?

Macy lifts her head with great surprise and stares at this man. But she fails to find out any deceitfulness from his expressions.

“I…I will give myself to you.”

It brings Yusef a flashback to when he first met Macy at a cocktail party. She was a lady who indulged in her willfulness, which set herself apart from the other girls. It was quite unexpected that she dated Elliot at the end. Upon thinking about this fact, Yusef’s gaze can’t help being more intense, but he just says lightly, “Get on the car.”

Macy follows.

At the backseat, Macy glances at this seemingly heartless man and whispers, “Thank you.”

Yusef casually leans his body at the back of the seat. “We take what we need separately.”
