Sweet Mischief’s Rollercoaster Romance novel Chapter 425

Mia watched as Holly vanished from her sight. Unable to enter through the front gate, she could only seethe in frustration inside the car. She then looked at Tom, who had started talking to Molly.

“Strange, how did Tom hurt his hand?” Mia noticed the bandage wrapped around Tom’s palm, raising some questions. “Who hurt him?”

Andre was racing to the hospital. He was driving recklessly, heading towards the maternity hospital.

The hospital’s parking lot was crowded with vehicles.

Molly and Tom were facing each other. Her gaze was fixed on Tom’s eyes, unflinching, unabashed.

Tom answered her earlier question, “It was just a hospital mix-up. Are you really going to keep nagging me about it?”

Molly gritted her teeth. “You surely have a knack for forgetting. Is it because I look so different from when I was a kid that you can’t recognize me?”

Tom instantly became alert. “What do you mean?”

“You have forgotten about what happened sixteen years ago, but I haven’t!”

Tom squinted his eyes. Sixteen years ago? Did she remember?

Molly didn’t dare to say much. More words meant a higher chance of a slip-up.

Tom glared at Molly. “What are you babbling about?”

Molly said, “You should know what I mean. Tom, you can’t escape from this. My brother is already heading to arrest Finley with the police. Aren’t you curious how I regained my memory? You should thank yourself for that.”

Tom became panicked when he heard about Finley’s arrest. Did she really regain her memory? His gaze at Molly was no longer hidden. There was a hint of ruthlessness in his eyes. He clenched his fists.

Both Mia and Leo, who were watching from the car, were sweating nervously.

Despite Tom’s guard, Molly managed to lead him by the nose. “You appeared in front of me, and your leaf tattoo triggered my memory. Tom, you didn’t expect that, did you? You can’t escape from this. With Finley arrested, it’s about time you, the watchdog, step down.” Molly knew clearly that she couldn’t mention things she didn’t know about. If things didn’t add up, all her efforts would be wasted.

She was tricking Tom into believing that she regained her memory, even deliberately mentioning Finley to provoke him, forcing him to reveal his cards.

This gambit was a huge gamble, but it actually worked. Tom impulsively grabbed Molly’s hair and pressed her against the car, gritting his teeth. “Sixteen years ago, I should’ve killed you and dumped you in the sea. Molly, you should’ve died sixteen years ago, just like Andre.”

Molly’s scalp throbbed painfully, as if chilli powder was sprinkled onto a wound. It was so painful that she gasped.

He admitted it! It was really him!

Molly, enduring the pain on her head, started to laugh. “I don’t think I’ve told you that my name is Molly!”

Tom frowned, looking at the cunning girl.

If she remembered everything, why did the police go after his boss first instead of him? He was the one who carried out the deed back then.

Why did she suddenly appear at the hospital to block his way today? It seemed like a premeditated plan, like she was waiting for him.

Why did she suddenly appear alone to tell him that she regained her memory? Shouldn’t reporting to the police be the first thing to do after regaining her memory?

All of these made Tom realize why Molly was laughing. He quickly reached into Molly’s pocket and took out her phone. It was recording.

Seeing her phone being taken away, Molly immediately shouted, “Leo, the phone!”
