Hearing Scarlett's words, Yair hurriedly put down what he was holding and came forward to help Rowan by the hand.
Viviana stood beside Scarlett. At the moment, the sun was setting, and the sunset in the distance was getting increasingly beautiful. Viviana couldn't help but exclaim with delight, "No wonder so many people like watching the sunset."
Scarlett turned her head and gave Viviana a look. "Viviana, have you ever watched the sunset with Uncle Ben?"
Viviana grunted. "He's a fool. He's not that romantic."
Scarlett thought of her uncle and felt the same way.
At this point, Rowan interjected, "Larry is also a fool!"
If Larry was romantic, he would not have been single for many years.
Rowan thought of his grandson and felt annoyed.
Viviana sighed. "Like father, like son."
Rowan snorted, "I'm not like Ben. Don't blame me, Viviana."
Viviana smiled. "Of course you are unlike Ben. Kate used to praise you in front of me."
"Really? What did she say about me?"
Viviana said smilingly, "She told me that you gave her a book when you first met her. And when you were in love, you gave her surprises every time you met her, like wild flowers or diamond hair accessories that you saved up to buy for her..."
Viviana’s words surprised Scarlett, who thought that her grandfather must be a serious man after being a soldier for so many years. Scarlett did not expect that her grandpa was so romantic in his youth.
Viviana told Rowan what Kate said exactly. Scarlett could tell that Kate thought those gifts stood for Rowan's love for her although they were small.
