Alison returned home at almost half past six after a half hour of remediation.
Blaze had club activities tonight, so he wouldn’t come back for dinner.
Alison came back a little late. As soon as she went to the second floor, she saw Luis sitting at the dinner table.
She blushed once she thought of what happened in math class.
Alexis came out with steamed fish. When she saw her coming back, she called out from a distance, "You are back, Alison!"
"Hmm." "Wash your hands and eat!" After so many years, Alexis still couldn't change her habit of looking at beauties. Alison had a little baby fat on her face, which made her less delicate, but she was still good-looking and looked cuter.
Alexis often liked to stare at Alison, but Alison was thin-skinned. After being staring at for two seconds, she felt embarrassed and whispered that she wanted to go to her room to put her schoolbag.
After doing that, Alison washed her hands and went downstairs. The meals were already set on the table. Alexis and Justin were seated on the left, while Luis was sitting on the right. They were all waiting for her.
Alison hurriedly trotted over and sat down beside Luis.
"How do you feel about the new school?"
Alexis gave her a piece of fish.
"Thank you, Aunt Alexis."
Then Alison replied, "It's pretty good."
She had made new friends, and no one knew that she was different.
"That's good. If you can’t keep up with your studies, you can ask Luis. He studies very well."
