After briefly discussing the company's annual meeting with Alexis, Scarlett drove to the Gold Sun Restaurant.
The Gold Sun Restaurant was a private restaurant that opened two years ago. It only served 99 tables each day. The dishes were average but the prices were extremely high.
It was unknown why this restaurant was so popular that if one wanted to book a table in the Gold Sun Restaurant, he or she had to wait for two years.
Now that Libby could ask the restaurant to quickly prepare a box for her, the Jones family was indeed powerful.
Scarlett was dressed very "simply" today and she was carrying a custom bag from Alovarance, which only customized 50 bags each year. Alexis made efforts to get this bag for Scarlett's birthday last year. Each of the custom bags was unique so there was no second one on the market.
Alexis knew that Scarlett was used to keeping a low profile. So, she deliberately covered the logo of the bag with a unique pattern. If one didn't look carefully, he o r she couldn't see the logo.
The black bag was very simple, with the initial of
Scarlett's name in the place of the lock. Other than that, the bag looked like a common bag worth hundreds of dollars.
The waiter at the door greeted and said goodbye to guests every day, who must have served numerous guests and could distinguish between rich and poor guests from their clothes and accessories.
So, when he saw Scarlett, although the waiter had a smile on his face, he raised his hand to block her way. "Miss, you can't enter our restaurant without a reservation."
Scarlett looked at him. "Libby."
Saying Libby was indeed useful. As soon as Scarlett said the name, the waiter's face changed immediately. "It turns out to be Ms. Reed. Sorry, I didn't recognize you. Miss Jones has already been waiting for you in the box."
Scarlett still smiled, but the smile on her face obviously faded away a little. "Please lead the way."
'Very good. Before I entered the restaurant, Libby had asked the waiter to embarrass me.'
'Well, I’ll remember this.’
"Ms. Reed, please."
The Gold Sun Restaurant served so many distinguished guests every day. The waiter couldn't be so impolite and directly stopped her from entering the restaurant.
