Alison then quit the game. The phone in her hand was slightly hot. "I feel much better, Luis."
Hearing Alison calling him "Luis" in such a soft voice, Luis got some strange feelings in his heart. He raised an eyebrow and asked, "Shall we go back?"
Alison glanced at Luis' bike and said, "I'll take the bus."
Luis snorted, "Do you think there’s a bus here?"
Alison blushed. She looked at Luis and uttered hesitantly, "That's not good. "
Luis was surprised by Alison’s refusal.
Girls always dreamed of sitting on the rear seat of his bike, but Alison... 'Is she a nut?' Luis grunted, "What were you thinking?" Alison somehow felt guilty under his gaze. She made an awkward excuse, "I'm wearing a dress."
Luis glanced at his bike, and then he said," I'll call a cab."
He didn’t want to interfere with Alison's business, but if something happened to her on the way back, how would he explain it to Alexis?
At last, Luis called a cab. He put his bike in the trunk. The two took the cab heading for the Lynch family's house.
When they got back, it was just after 4 p.m. Alexis and Justin were not home, and
Blaze had gone to school for a club activity.
Alison changed her skirt into a pale pink shirt with a round collar and shorts.
Midterm exams were over. The teacher had assigned a lot of homework.
Alison took the math paper out of her bag. She had been taking math tutoring from Torey with Alexa for a while, and now math was much easier for her than before. At least, she could work out the basic questions.
Suddenly, a knock came on her door. Alison was surprised.
