Flirting With My Ex-husband novel Chapter 202

Alexander cared about his appearance very much from childhood. Hearing what Raymond had said, he lost his interest in teasing Raymond and asked, "Do you also think that I have put on weight?"

He felt confused and said, "I haven't put on much weight. Why do all of you ask me that question?"

Raymond sneered, "If you knew it, you wouldn't ask m e like that."

Alexander was stuck for words. He said, "So what? Even if I have put on weight, it won't influence my appearance."

Raymond said, "You're right. It won't make any difference. You're as ugly as before. At least it will reduce the pain if someone beats you since you have put on weight."

Alexander reacted and said, "Don't talk nonsense! Tell me how Scarlett refused you."

'I will be happy to hear that.'

Of course, Alexander didn't have the guts to say so in front of Raymond. Otherwise, his destination would be the hospital, not his home.

Raymond kept silent and looked at him coldly.

Alexander wussed out and looked out of the car window. He said, "It's sunny today. Would you like to have dinner with me?"

Raymond said angrily, "Concentrate on driving!"

Raymond was in a bad mood. Alexander liked to tease him. Raymond wouldn't be nice to him.

Seeing that Raymond's face clouded over, Alexander didn't have the guts to tease him anymore but contracted on driving.

After they left the highway, they were stuck in a traffic jam.

Alexander felt boring and glanced at Raymond. He said, "To be honest, I understand why Scarlett dislikes you, but why does she dislike me? Last time, you asked me to apologize to her. After I sent a message to her, she blocked me immediately."

Raymond heard Alexander's sarcasm and glanced at him coldly. He said, "Do you want me to block you too?"

Alexander was stuck for words.

'There is no need for you to do that.'

He sighed and said seriously, "Haven't you made any progress? Is Scarlett so heartless? Hasn't her heart been softened slightly?"
