Scarlett watched Raymond getting smaller and smaller in the rearview mirror of her car, tension draining from her face gradually.
Since he liked to trouble her by asking her to send him, she satisfied his demand.
The suburb was fifteen kilometers from downtown, and Raymond's cell phone was taken away by her. It took her twenty minutes to take him here. Therefore, i f he wanted to go back from the suburbs tonight, he had to walk for three or four hours.
After returning downtown, Scarlett went straight to the police station with Raymond's cell phone.
At 8 pm, the police officer on duty was stunned when h e saw Scarlett. "Miss, are you coming to report a crime? H
Scarlett smiled and took out Raymond's cell phone. "N o. I found a cell phone on a road."
The policeman took a look at the phone Scarlett was holding. It was not a common cell phone model, and it looked expensive.
"Oh, I see. Please keep a record."
Scarlett raised her eyebrows and followed the policeman to keep a record.
It took her only five minutes. She soon came out of the police station.
Scarlett returned to her villa at 9 pm. She took a hath, put on a face mask, and went to bed in a happy mood.
At 9:30 pm, Alexander received a call from an unknown number. He wanted to go to sleep early today instead of hanging out, which was very rare. He thought it was some bastard called to disturb his rest.
Once he saw that it was an unfamiliar number, Alexander directly rejected the call.
But just after he rejected it, the number called again.
Alexander's temper flared up. He would like to see which bastard was calling!
"Who is it?" Alex asked impatiently.
"It's me."
Alexander changed his attitude as soon as he heard Raymond's familiar cold voice. "Ray, whose phone did you use to call me?"
