Flirting With My Ex-husband novel Chapter 230

Scarlett withdrew her gaze. She looked up into Raymond's eyes.

He was staring at her. "Not bad."

Scarlett pushed the plate of the remaining beef to him. "Eat this."

Raymond didn't move. "I can't cook."

Scarlett was stunned. Looking at Raymond, she suddenly laughed. "Do you want me to cook it for you?"

Was he dreaming?

"My stomach hurts."

She remembered that Raymond had a stomach problem, and it was serious.

Yet what did this have to do with her?

Scarlett grunted, showing no inclination to help him.

She had never done that for anyone.

Who did he think he was?

A young woman suddenly came over and looked straight at Raymond. "Hi, can I be your WhatsApp friend?"

The woman was good-looking but couldn't hold a

candle to Scarlett.

Raymond glanced at Scarlett and replied coldly, "No." "Are you afraid she will be unhappy? Miss, don't get m e wrong. I just want to say thank you for giving us the dishes!"

Raymond frowned, impatient with the insensitive woman. "Please don't disturb us. We're having dinner."

The woman pursed her lips and glanced at Raymond. Seeing his cold face, she left sulkily.

Scarlett was almost full. She put down her chopsticks and grabbed a tissue to wipe her lips unhurriedly.

After that, Scarlett saw Raymond put two slices of beef into the pot. "How long does it need to be cooked?"

Scarlett sympathized with Raymond, who sat for half a n hour but only ate the two slices of beef that she cooked.

She finally showed some kindness to him. "Wait until i t changes color."
