After reading that tweet, Scarlett concluded, "It's not a good story."
On the other end of the line, Alexis laughed, "Lettie, are you going to teach them a lesson?"
Scarlett replied lazily, "I don't want to waste my time with her."
The story was obviously coming from a lame actress.
Scarlett exited the page and asked, "Has Julie been to the company lately?"
Alexis hadn't said anything about Julie in days, but Scarlett suddenly brought her up, and Alexis was a little surprised, "Yeah. What's up? Does this matter have anything to do with the bitch?"
Scarlett smiled, "Great! You're getting smarter after the holiday."
Alexis again sensed that she wasn't keeping up with Scarlett. She grunted, "Didn't you say you would wait for her to climb high before you pushed her down? If this had nothing to do with her, why did you bring her up?"
Alexis finished her analysis and asked Scarlett," Lettie, how do you want to teach her a lesson this time?"
Scarlett laughed, "I'm not a teacher. Why would I teach her a lesson?"
Scarlett didn't have a lot of free time to deal with Julie.
Alexis curled up the corners of her mouth, "She's gone too far. How can you put up with it?"
"No, I can't."
"Then why haven't you taught her a lesson?"
Scarlett answered nonchalantly, "There's no need to rush. Have you heard the saying that it is father's fault not to teach the daughter well?"
Alexis paused. After a few seconds, she exclaimed," Brilliant! My dear! Are you going to use Ethen to teach Julie a lesson?"
"That's right! Exactly."
Alexis expected to see a good show.
Hanging up the phone, Scarlett was in a much better mood.
One needed to have some fun in life.
Scarlett intended to wait for Julie to climb high before pushing her down, but Julie was way out of bounds. Then Scarlett would not be nice to her anymore.
But he was an old fox. He wanted the funds, but he didn't want to give out the company's share.
It had been more than half a year, and Centel was on the verge of bankruptcy. If Ethen couldn't get any investment, he could keep his shares forever.
In fact, Scarlett didn't want to take over Centel either. The company had already revealed a lot of problems i n the early years, but Ethen was determined to open u p the overseas market, and he didn't face up to the fundamental problems. Now, Centel was on the verge o f bankruptcy.
Actually, as for Centel, not to mention Ethen would not give out the company’s share, even if he would, no one would be willing to take them.
All businessmen looked for sure profit.
"Ms. Reed, Mr. Fry said he had filed a lawsuit in court. Now Kyleigh and Rocco are both in custody."
"OK." Scarlett responded, "Keep an eye on the Reed family."
No one knew what they would do after they got desperate.
"Okay, Ms. Reed."
Hanging up the phone, Scarlett sat on the couch for a while. Then she got up and went upstairs to change into a suit. She was about to go to Crain Vision and drive her car back.
