Hearing what her friend said, Yvonne felt even more upset.
Yvonne wondered what Scarlett did to the Tank family. They were very strict but now indifferent to the news and public opinion?
Yvonne didn't know that she had been wrong from the beginning. They misunderstood Scarlett's relationship with the Tank family.
In the restaurant.
When Raymond came into the room, Scarlett had almost finished eating.
As soon as the door was pushed open, Scarlett was aware of the smell of wine from Raymond.
She raised her eyebrows and looked at him. "Did you drink?"
"Yes."
Those old guys at the party were badgering him, so he could only drink three glasses of wine to come over earlier.
Raymond sat beside her. "Is the soup good?"
"Yes."
Yet Scarlett could only eat two-thirds of it.
Hearing his question, Scarlett thought he wanted to eat soup. "Would you like some soup? I'll order it for you?"
"No need."
He directly took her soup and ate it with a spoon unhurriedly.
Scarlett was silent for a moment. "Are you short of money?"
Raymond glanced at her. "Your soup is sweeter."
Scarlett flushed. "Well, do as you like."
He was so shameless that she had nothing to say.
Scarlett was full, but Raymond ate little at the party.
"I'll order two more dishes for you."
