Scarlett finally understood no one was perfect. Larry said Peyton was very intelligent. He was a computer genius. Yet geniuses generally had low EQs.
Peyton was not that bad at dealing with people, but pursuing a woman needed high emotional intelligence. Scarlett glanced at Yamilet. She was buying snacks in the shop not far away. Scarlett rested her chin in her hand and tapped on her cheek. "Do you mind telling her how you feel?"
Scarlett had wanted Peyton to chase Yamilet step by step, but that would probably waste a lot of her time. Scarlett didn't want to see that happen.
Things came to this. It would be better for
Peyton to tell Yamilet how he felt.
"What should I say?"
Peyton frowned, asking humbly.
Scarlett saw that Yamilet was coming over. "I'll send it to you."
It was not the time to make a declaration of his love now. That would make Yamilet very embarrassed. The best time was after they climbed the mountain and Peyton sent Yamilet back.
After that, the things between them would have nothing to do with Scarlett.
Peyton was simply not a romantic person. Scarlett asked him to tell Yamilet the truth.
The three of them ate lunch on the mountain and went down after 3 pm. Scarlett's cell phone rang.
She glanced at the caller ID. It was
Raymond. "It's me, Scarlett."
"I'm at the foot of the mountain."
"Huh?"
Scarlett raised her eyebrows, noticing that someone was staring at her. She looked over. Raymond was standing there in a suit holding his phone.
Scarlett's heart trembled. "Wait a moment."
After that, she hung up the phone and looked back at Peyton and Yamilet." Someone has come to pick me up. I'll leave first. I had a good time today. Thanks."
Scarlett glanced at Peyton with a slight smile and walked towards Raymond.
