"That's very nice of you."
Jane thought that Scarlett believed what she had said and was slightly relieved, " After all, we're classmates."
"Hmm."
Scarlett answered and threw away the tissue which she was using to wipe her hands, "I have something else to do. I've got to go."
"Well, are you leaving now? Oh, by the way, are you coming to my wedding?"
Scarlett glanced at her dryly and smiled, "I don't think you'd like to see me at your wedding."
The person who told Darnell that Linley was the snitch was probably Jane back then. It had been more than five years since this happened, and many of those people involved in it were no longer in Juanton City. Katherine couldn't find it out, so Scarlett had to come here to confirm it by herself.
Now the whole thing nearly came to obvious, but Scarlett hadn't figured out how to help Linley get revenge for this.
'Jane invites me to her wedding. Isn't she afraid I'll get mad and ask someone to ruin her wedding?'
Jane looked into Scarlett's eyes. And for some reason, she thought there was something meaningful in her eyes.
But she still wanted Scarlett to come to her wedding to make Scarlett feel she was no match for her, Jane.
"How come? I've invited everyone in our class."
"Hmm."
Scarlett answered dryly, not wanting to continue the conversation with her, "I’m leaving."
"What kind of vehicle did you drive here? You didn't ride a battery-operated motor cycle here, did you? Do you want me to ask someone to give you a ride?"
Scarlett ignored Jane's sarcasm and headed straight out the door in her high heels.
As she reached the stairway, Scarlett's phone rang.
Scarlett raised her eyebrows slightly when she saw the caller ID, "What’s up?"
"I'm in your box."
